Delete Your Account

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your face photo and face template (biometric) data — permanently erased
• Your personal details: name, phone number, email, date of birth, licence number

What is retained

• Payment records without your name or phone (kept 7 years — Indian financial regulations)
• Anonymised attendance counts (no name attached)

Submit a deletion request

We verify your identity by phone before deleting. Verified requests are completed within 30 days and we confirm once done.

Prefer email? Write to privacy@mydrivingschool.in from your registered contact. If you have the app, you can also delete instantly: School tab → Account → Delete My Account (learners) or Settings → Security → Danger Zone (school owners).
